PROJECTS
Our members have the opportunity to take part in projects organised by Club 307, which will help them to develop their knowledge especially in the field consulting, and their teamwork skills.
INEX SDA Case Study
March - May
2022
Within the case study we focused on improving the user-friendliness of the INEX website and increasing the number of applications for international workcamps. Based on user research and data analysis, we identified the weak points of the website and suggested adjustments to the navigation, content layout, text and visual elements. The study focused exclusively on the website, without any intervention in the external workcamp database. The priority was to increase the number of trips to foreign workcamps and to ensure that our proposals were low-cost.
Soulmio Case Study
June - July
2021
We have designed innovative activities for companies and young people aged 18-25, aimed at promoting mental health and preventing burnout syndromes. Based on an analysis of the Czech market, we created workshops and marketing campaigns whose effectiveness we confirmed with relevant data. Our project was successfully implemented in collaboration with Soulmio, with the aim of raising awareness about the importance of mental health. The results were presented to Soulmio representatives, partners (BCG, Kearney, and ADL), and Club 307 leadership.
ERGO Aktiv Case Study
April - June
2020
We had the honour to cooperate with the NGO ERGO Aktiv, which focuses on the rehabilitation of patients after strokes and other brain injuries, and to support their return to everyday life. Our task was to help ERGO in their funding structure and to evaluate their existing projects. We worked in teams of 3-4 people, each team had a Project Leader and went through several key stages - an initial meeting with ERGO, SteerCo in mid-April, and a final presentation in early May. The project culminated in a Final Event where the results and winners were announced.
Loono Case Study
January - April
2019
We introduced a strategy to increase the number of private regular donors to Loono, aimed at diversifying income beyond traditional fundraising. Our goal was to increase the number of regular donors from the current 3 to 100 by the end of 2019 and to 300 by the end of 2020. We also recommended the creation of an ambassador program and effective management of the donor database. The results of the presentation included an implementation plan, expected outcomes and specific steps to achieve these goals.
